What a way to go! Fastest man in history limps off with a cramp in his final race

Thousands at stadium turned up and huge TV audience tuned in to watch Usain Bolt’s golden farewell

This was supposed to be Usain Bolt’s grand finale but a cramp took the sprinter down at the world championships in London, England on August 12, 2017.

It was an embarrassing end to a stellar career.

Bolt’s reaction suggested the injury was more serious but “a lot of the pain is from disappointment from losing the race,” Jamaican team doctor Kevin Jones has said.
